Payment & Shipping

~ We ship to most EU countries and accept payments through PayPal.

~ Shipping prices are different and depend on weight, except in the case of special listings when shipping cost could be included in the price. We will clearly specify in the listing description if that is the case.

~ If the postage cost doesn't appear when you choose your country, contact us before finishing payment.

~ If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] prior to ordering.

~ Your order will be shipped to you within 3 - 7 working days from the time the order and payment are received, to the address provided through Paypal. 

~ We reserve our rights to refuse to accept any order and/or terminate and refund any part of any order for any reason that we determine as reasonable without liability.

~ Please be aware of your Customs regulations and fees before placing your order. Be aware that duty fees could be imposed by your home country and we don't have control over them. This is a possibility, we don't know if, when or how much they will be, so it is the customers responsability to check them out before placing an order.

~ If you have any concerns or questions please let us know and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Refunds, exchanges and tips

~ Due to the personal nature of our products, we can not refund, exchange or return an order unless there was a mistake on our part. If there is an issue, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to fix it. If you are unsure of an item please message us before purchase and we will answer any questions you have.

~ Our products are all individually handmade and unique so they may differ slightly to the image. We do our best to represent the actual color, size and overall appearance.

~ Store soap in a dry area where it will not come in direct contact with water when not in use.

~ By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms, conditions and policies and also acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for misuse of our products.
